This is the man police want to speak to
THIS is a man police are looking to speak to after a woman was groped in Winchester.
A woman was touched inappropriately over her clothes while she was on Parchment Street.
Police, who have just released the image, say they have not had any similar reports in the area following the incident at around 2pm on August 10.
Anyone who knows who he is is asked to call police on 101.
