A DOZEN fire fighters were called out to the Hampshire countryside after a combine harvester caught fire last night.

Crews from Wickham and Fareham fire stations were sent to Droxford Road in Wickham to put out the blaze at about 9.20pm.

About 12 fire fighters used two hose reels to put out the fire.

A land rover, water carrier and fire engine attended from Fareham along with one engine from Wickham.
