SCIENCE was brought to life at a three-day festival in Hampshire.
The Winchester Science Festival was held at the Discovery Centre in Jewry Street.
Over the course of three days, hundreds of people learnt about energy, health technology, and the Solar System.
There was also a talk from Amy Mather, 18, who was honoured in 2013 at the age of 13 with the European Commission’s first European Digital Girl of the Year Award.
The festival was organised by the Winchester Science Foundation.
William Vine, festival director, said: “Hampshire is one of the UK’s leading counties for scientific research and science industry, and we were pleased to be able to bring this work to the Discovery Centre. It was a perfect chance to learn about the research taking place in Hampshire.”
