THE next open day at Twyford’s historic waterworks in Hazeley Road will take place on Sunday.

It will have a rural theme with a display of tractors, agricultural and rural crafts.

The site’s narrow gauge railway will also be operating and the gates will be open from 11am to 4pm.

Entry costs £4 for adults while under-16s go free.

The trust also hopes to open the attraction every Sunday during August for guided tours.
