Developer in homes appeal
A DEVELOPER is appealing to the Government after a council did not determine a plan for 250 homes in time.
Sheet Anchor Properties has put in an appeal having had no decision by Eastleigh Borough Council on whether or not it would permit the site in Netley Abbey.
The proposal for development, at Grange Road, will now be heard by a planning inspector at an inquiry though the date is yet to be fixed.
It is for 250 homes along with allotments and public open space, with access off Woolston Road.
