Bid launched to convert house into flats
PLANNING chiefs in Southampton are considering a bid to convert a house into three flats.
The application is to make way for a two-bedroom and two one-bedroom properties in Sirdar Road, Highfield.
It features an extra storey and a rear extension, plus raised rear decking and cycle and bin stores.
