MOTORISTS are facing lengthy delays after two rush-hour crashes on a Hampshire motorway.

A collision has been reported on the outside lane of the M27 westbound at junction seven near Hedge End, causing congestion.

Traffic has been reported tailing back to junction ten with delays of up to half an hour for motorists heading west.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact Hampshire Constabulary on 101.

Meanwhile, a separate crash has been reported on the M27 eastbound at junction five, resulting in one lane of the carriageway being blocked and slow traffic.
