Rush hour delays building on motorway
COMMUTERS are facing delays of up to 30 minutes on the M27 this morning.
Signal problems at the junction 9 roundabout are causing tailbacks on all approaches.
Eastbound drivers can expect to wait 30 minutes, with queues stretching from Whiteley to the east end of Hedge End, while the westbound carriageway is seeing delays of 15 minutes.
Traffic is slow on links from the M27 to the M3.
