Saints’ club record signing Gaston Ramirez has failed to make the starting lineup for today’s match against Reading, after returning yesterday from compassionate leave in Uruguay.
The 22-year-old, who was away from last Sunday, will start the match on the bench. In his place is Jay Rodriguez, who will start up front alongside Rickie Lambert.
Goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga is replaced by Kelvin Davis, with the Argentine suffering from a shoulder injury.
