i believe it's the administrators that are asking for an adjournment ...... if i were on their money so would i !

As I understand it, it's PKF's lawyers against Chinny's lawyers, and the Trust gets invoiced for the legal bills later down the line.

what i cant understand is, this court case didnt just appear out of the blue(few) did it? birch had lots of time to sort out the bid and his case, so why do they need a 28 day adjournment? is this not a case of birch taking the club for every last penny before he shuts it down? as for agent channers, why is he so desperate to get his own admin team in place? hes offered to fund the club till the end of the season if his team take over and wants to buy back the club himself. he also offered £500k at court to get his admin team in when the club entered admin.

out of the 2 parties wanting to buy the club agent channers will never pass the fit and proper test, and the trust havent got the money, also try finding anyone in poopey who is fit and proper!
