EASTLEIGH have released frontman Richard Pacquette - just a month after signing him.
With wet weather blighting the early part of his stay, the former QPR and Havant & Waterlooville hitman made just two appearances for the club in defeats at Salisbury City and Bromley, scoring one goal.
He has been sacrificed to make way for the recruitment of new defensive signings, which began earlier this week with the arrivals of Dean Beckwith and Alex Lacey (loan) from Luton Town.
"We would like to wish Richard all the very best for the future and thank him for his efforts and contribution at the Silverlake Stadium," said a club statement.
