Alternatively, you can send in your vote by text message. Send SAINTSFC xxxx to 80360, where xxxx is the four digit number below relating to the player you wish to vote for. SMS costs 50p plus your network charge.

To make it on to the shortlist, players need to have made at least 18 Premier League appearances this season.
