Much of the talk at Saints over the last few weeks has been about whether the club's manager, Mauricio Pochettino, will sign a new contract.

Pochettino's current deal expires at the end of next season, and, with the countdown on, a number of other teams have already been linked with him.

The 42-year-old says it is not a priority to discuss a new contract, as he is still committed to Saints until 2015, but not everyone at the club shares that outlook.

Striker Rickie Lambert said it is important for the players to see Pochettino agree a fresh deal before the summer, while goalkeeper Artur Boruc has echoed those views.

So, what do you think? Is it important that Pochettino signs a new contract before the season ends, or does it not matter because he still has more than a year to run on his current one?
