Mr Krueger said Morgan isn't going anywhere. If that proves to be untrue then with one simple action he will have totally killed his credibility. I note that no other messages from Reed have come out to back him up. Whatever is happening, the agents and Spurs are hard at work on the rumour mill. It may well be that it is all puff and nonsense. I hope so.
You fool Krueger said nobody was for sale and then went the spine of the team. WAKE UP and take your rose tinted glasses off!
I might be wrong but wasn't it Les Reed who said "we are not a selling club" and then relented, apparently, due to the top money offered. Kruger has not said a word up until this point, more's the pity. However I am inclined to believe that generally we got good value for the players we sold, and still suspect that Morgan may still go if the price is right. I'd like to think it won't be, and that even if it is the board will stand firm. Time will tell
I think you must have been asleep when he did his Sky Sports interview then. I'm pretty sure he said he was part of the core group we have decided to keep and that he wouldn't be leaving the club this summer."

TOTTENHAM have reportedly offered Romanian defender Vlad Chiriches to Saints as a makeweight in any deal to sign Morgan Schneiderlin.

Spurs only signed the 24-year-old centre half from Steaua Bucharest last summer for £8.5m, and he went on to play 24 times for the London club in all competitions.

There is also speculation today that Louis Van Gaal will consider selling striker Javier Hernandez.

The Mexican international has continually been linked with Saints all summer, even before Ronald Koeman’s arrival as manager.

The 26-year-old has scored 37 Premier League goals for United in 48 starts plus 53 sub appearances in his four seasons at Old Trafford.
