Saints physio Matt Radcliffe
Saints physio Matt Radcliffe is leaving the club to join Manchester United.
Radcliffe is expected to link up with the Old Trafford medical team next week, following Sunday’s trip to Tottenham.
He will replace the long-serving Rob Swire, who retired from United in the summer.
It is understood that Radcliffe, who is from the north of England, had been keen to find work in that area for some time, having moved his family back there a while ago.
Radcliffe has previously worked at Port Vale, Crewe and Preston.
The process to replace him at St Mary's is already underway.
