Saints' home game against Tottenham has been chosen by BT Sport for live coverage.
The match is due to remain on Saturday, April 25, with a 12.45pm kick-off.
The fixture will see Spurs head coach Mauricio Pochettino return to St Mary's for the first time since walking out on the club last summer.
The date of the game remains subject to change, should Tottenham reach the quarter-finals of the Europa League.
