GOSSIP: Saints slap £40m pricetag on Mane
SAINTS have valued Sadio Mane at £40m, according to a national newspaper report.
The Sun reports that the Senegalese winger is being eyed up by Liverpool and Manchester United.
Anfield boss Jurgen Klopp is said to be targeting Mane as an alternative to Bayern Munich's Mario Gotze, while the Red Devils' interest has rumbled on since last summer.
The 24-year-old scored 15 goals in all competitions last season, including a memorable hat trick against Manchester City and a brace in the 3-2 comeback against Liverpool.
Mane has two years remaining on the contract he signed in summer 2014.
