Mario Licka's first half strike earned Saints a 1-0 win at Millwall tonight.
The Czech midfielder burst through from the centre of midfield to score the only goal of the game on 32 minutes of the pre-season friendly at the New Den.
New signing Alan Bennett played the full 90 minutes but the major worry for Saints was Kelvin Davis, on his return from a shoulder problem, being forced from the field in the second half through injury.
