OLIVER Lancashire is close to signing a new contract with Saints - despite being linked with a January transfer window move to the Premiership.
A Sunday tabloid has claimed the centre-back is the subject of interest from Manchester City and Liverpool.
But George Burley has confirmed that Saints have no plans to sell the 19-year-old from Hook.
