BLACKFIELD & Langley have announced they have parted ways with management duo Rory Anderson & Conor McCarthy.

The Watersiders are currently bottom of the Wessex Premier League, with just one point in their nine league games played.

Anderson and McCarthy were appointed in February, after the departure of player-manager Fawzi Saadi.

A club statement read: “Unfortunately Blackfield & Langley FC have had to make a very tough decision to part company with Rory Anderson & Conor McCarthy.

“These two managers worked effortlessly to try and recruit and turn things around.

“We would like to wish Rory & Conor the very best for the future.

“These two guys are fantastic people and managers that we are sure will have a very bright future.”

The club has also requested for those interested in the vacant managerial role to contact the club via blackfieldlangleyfc@gmail.com.
