AFC Totton Women were officially founded in 2022 as part of the club's expansion into women's football.

Since then, they have grown from a small group of enthusiasts into a formidable force within their league.

AFC Totton Women have faced the typical challenges of a developing football club, including limited resources and a small player base.

Despite the hurdles, they quickly established a reputation for their competitive spirit and commitment to promoting women's football.

The team focused on building a strong sense of camaraderie and community, which has become a cornerstone of their success.

In only their second competitive season, they have reached their very first cup final.
