Nigel Adkins has insisted that Saints will shake-off their TV troubles by winning against Coventry tomorrow.

Saints started off the campaign being beamed live to the nation as they defeated Leeds 3-1 at St Mary’s.

But, since then, have only managed to win once more – against Leeds again in March.

Defeat at Middlesbrough last weekend made it three TV defeats on the spin and took the season tally to just those two wins from ten efforts.

However, Saints will be confident ahead of tomorrow’s game in front of the cameras with Coventry having such a terrible away record and struggling for players to even fill their bench.

Adkins said: “We won the first game live on television against Leeds and we will win the last game live on TV.

“The players do not need any extra incentive. They have that opportunity to get promoted to the big league."
