Hampshire will return to Lord's during the group stage of next season's Natwest T20 Blast.
James Vince captained Hampshire to a 21-run win when the county played their first short-form game at the home of cricket two years ago.
He will be aiming for similar success on Thursday, August 3.
Hampshire begin their T20 campaign away to Glamorgan on Friday, July 7.
It is the latest ever start to a domestic campaign with the England and Wales Cricket Board hoping summer holiday fixtures will increase attendances and that a shorter more intense tournament will attract the best overseas players.
Hampshire's Championship fixtures will be published at midnight.
