SALISBURY City are confident top scorer Matt Tubbs will be fighting fit for tonight's home game against Dorchester (7.45), which could lift the Whites top of the Conference South.

Having scored twice in Saturday's 4-0 win at Hayes, taking him to 22 in all competitions, Tubbs had to be helped off the pitch clutching his knee after falling victim to a hefty tackle.

Manager Nick Holmes immediately declared him doubtful for the Dorchester match, but there was better news on Tubbs's condition from Old Sarum yesterday.
