Blackfield & Langley are through to the last 32 of the FA Vase after winning this afternoon’s all- Sydenhams Wessex clash 2-0 at Follands Park.
Two late strikes from Jake Rowley and substitute Alex Baldacchino propelled the Watersiders through to the national stages.
Also through are Bemerton Heath Harlequins, who scored twice in the opening seven minutes and added a third goal midway through the first-half before marching to a 5-0 victory over Horndean.
Two-goal Alek Prezspolewski fired Newport IoW to a 4- 1 win away to Hellenic Premier Ardley United.
But Downton lost 2-0 at Cornish outfit Bodmin Town, who play a level below the Sydenhams Wessex leaders in the South- West Peninsula League.
