GLEEFUL Gosport Borough will be joining Eastleigh and Havant & Waterlooville in the Conference South next season.
Alex Pike's side won the Evo-Stik Southern Premier play-off final 5-4 on penalties yesterday after drawing 2-2 at Hemel Hempstead.
Gosport led 2-0 through Luke King and an Adam Wilde free kick before Hemel hit back, grabbing an injury-time equaliser to force extra time.
King, Wilde, Ellis Martin, Justin Bennett and Sammy Igoe all netted from the spot to ensure promotion to the sixth tier of English football for the first time in Gosport's 69-year history.
It means there will be five Hampshire clubs - Gosport, Eastleigh, Havant, Farnborough and Basingstoke - in the Conference South next term.
