Whitchurch United are level in second place with Petersfield Town on 43 points in the Sydenhams Wessex Premier after coming back from behind to see off Fawley AFC 5-2 at Long Lane.
The Oilers led 2-1 through Ben Bolton and Dylan Knight, but Whitchurch wrestled away the initiative as Jack McCarthy (2), Josh Harfield, Danny Phillips and Lerone Plummer clinched their 13th league win of the season.
The result came hot on the heels of United's 4-1 win over Southern League Fleet Town in the Hampshire FA Senior Cup, courtesy of McCarthy, Scott Hassell, Jamie Mansell and Plummer.
