PETERSFIELD Town look to be on their way back to the Sydenhams Wessex ranks.

The league have been provisionally informed by the Football Assocation that the 2014/15 Sydenhams Premier champions will be flying the Wessex flag again following relegation from the Southern One Central Division.

The Rams endured a torrid season following the departure of their title-winning manager Ian Saunders. They finished rock bottom of the Central pile with just nine points.

Two Division One teams are poised to leave the Sydenhams League. Pewsey Vale and Fleet Spurs have been lined up for sideways moves to the Hellenic and Combined Counties leagues respectively.

All FA league allocations could be subject to change/appeal.
