GE Hamble have made instant amends for the imminent departure of outstanding young goalkeeper Jon Webb.
Webb, 21, is destined to join promoted Sydenhams Wessex champions Winchester City.
And moving the opposite way to Follands Park is Ryan Gosney, who shared the goalkeeping duties with Rory Anderson at City last term.
Stressing it was not a swop deal, Hamble boss Dave Lewis said: "Ryan coming to us materialised individually.
"It means the blow of losing Jon Webb is softened by us getting a player who won the Wessex League last season."
