GRAHAM Kemp has confirmed that Reading and Portsmouth are the latest clubs to declare an interest in coveted young star Harry Cornick.

Kemp reported that Premier League Reading and League One outfit Pompey had this week joined the race to sign the teenage Christchurch prospect.

The Christchurch boss said Portsmouth had submitted a seven-day approach, while Reading have invited the highly-rated winger/striker to training.

That news came after The Daily Echo last week revealed that Saints, Stoke City and Cherries had enquired about Cornick.
