Millbrook lost ground in the race for automatic promotion from Snow Group Hampshire 1.
Brook lost out 27-22 at Sandown & Shanklin as leaders Bognor registered their ninth win on the bounce.
The Sussex side were given a tough test by visitors Ellingham & Ringwood before going on to win 22-7.
Ellingham’s points came from a Stuart Pearce try converted by Andy Weeks.
Fareham Heathens have taken up the chase for Bognor – they used home advantaged to help themselves to a 20-0 victory over Chineham.
Snows Group Hampshire 2 bottom club Kingsclere handed leaders Romsey a walkover as they failed to assemble a side.
