I hope Gazza plays in goal and I hope he keeps a clean sheet with a string of brilliant saves right in front of the Kop. Mainly because it would really, really annoy Mark Lawrenson, who has decided to have a pop at Gazza every chance he gets.

I'd like to agree with you but having seen it a few times, Clyne doesn't get the ball and does get the player.

I think we'd have been furious if it had been at the other end and the ref hadn't given it.

Still, we're due a good ref, so maybe we'll get one at Anfield - for once.

Totally agree, would of lost that game in October, and now we are disappointed that we didnt get all 3 points!
Don't think Gazza's positioning was wrong, the wall could have been better but the ball went through his hands.
Lambo, Shaw and Gaston looked tired with 30 mins left and I would have made the changes of Jay Rod, Mayuka and Ben at around that time, but hey who am I!

Sorry I commented before I engaged my Brain, it probably was the Ref getting booed, he was garbage all night, just our luck to get his first game back.

We can do the same with other players. Change Lambert if he doesn't score in one/two games, Lallana if he doesn't assist etc...

What I would say is that's two draws out of our last three at home which have been the result of two mistakes, we have to cut out the errors.
Norwich did make it difficult for us but their attitude changed after they had scored.
I think a lot of people would have taken 4pts out of 6 for our last two games, but I would have rather the results been the other way round, as I think Norwich are going to be in the dog fight with us.
All we have to do now is go to Anfield and get a result.

No one's saying change a player because he has a bad game. Gazza is a 20 year old keeper, who had 15 league appearances to his name before he joined us! With our back four, can he be expected to flourish in a division where mistakes are mostly punished. Out of all the positions, the gk one calls for the most experience, the poor lad hasn't had much. Neither he or the club will come out of this well. Loan him out to championship team and we'll have to wait till the window opens. NA has to carry the can for this. Sorry happy clappers!

I think they were booing the ref mate not the players. A lot of people felt it shouldn't have been a free kick in the first place.

Lambert is a better player than I gave credit for but lacks pace, and pace scares defenders. A defender will drop deeper to allow for pace giving that extra space. The 11 that started is in my opinion the strongest we have at present but I think an injection of pace up front to stretch Norwich would have been best......... Then again we could have lost!

Lambert is a better player than I gave credit for but lacks pace, and pace scares defenders. A defender will drop deeper to allow for pace giving that extra space. The 11 that started is in my opinion the strongest we have at present but I think an injection of pace up front to stretch Norwich would have been best......... Then again we could have lost!
