THE Forge car park in Stockton Heath is now restricted to 90 minutes.
My wife met a friend from Knutsford, they had a meal in Stockton Heath village, browsed the shops and my wife's friend remarked what a lovely place Stockton Heath was. She preferred it to Knutsford.
How do we make people want to come back? My wife gets a fine of £50. Will she and her friend shop in Stockton Heath again? What do you think? Bring back two hours free parking, instead of subsidizing free parking in north Warrington.
