SAINTS have allowed goalkeeper Artur Boruc to become cup tied in the Capital One Cup.
The Polish international played for Bournemouth in their 3-0 third round win at fellow Championship club Cardiff City last night.
It was Boruc’s second appearance of his loan spell at Cherries, having made his debut in last weekend’s 1-1 draw at Watford.
Boruc, who is on loan to the Dorset club until January, watched on as his new side scored all their goals in the first 35 minutes last night against the managerless hosts.
Dan Gosling scored either side of Charlie Daniels’ left-footed drive as the Cherries picked off the hapless home side at will.
Gosling could have had a hat-trick had it not been for an offside flag while Harry Arter thundered a late effort off the bar.
