Saints are renowned for their academy and now there is an insight into how they develop their players from an early age.
The Staplewood Campus-based academy has produced the likes of current first-team players Harrison Reed, James Ward-Prowse and Matt Targett.
It has also risen to fame for producing the likes of Gareth Bale, Theo Walcott, Adam Lallana and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in the past and more recently Arsenal's Calum Chambers and Manchester United's Luke Shaw.
Watch as coach Louie Cordwell takes an under-8s team for a session, which gives fascinating insight into the workings of the hugely successful system.
