STEVEN Davis scored again as Northern Ireland beat Marian Pahars’ Latvia 1-0.
The Saints midfielder netted his fifth goal in nine games for club and country in the 55th minute of the Belfast friendly.
A month after scoring twice against Greece to book his side a place at Euro 2016, Davis was back at Windsor Park to secure a deserved win.
Davis met Craig Cathcart's fine cross with a parried header at the far post before following up from close-range.
There were several other Saints players involved in international friendlies tonight.
Ryan Bertrand played the full 90 minutes as England lost 2-0 to Spain in Alicante.
Virgil Van Dijk and Jordy Clasie both started as the Netherlands beat Wales 3-2. The Saints duo were taken off after 87 and 45 minutes respectively.
Dušan Tadić played an hour of Serbia’s 4-1 defeat in the Czech Republic, while Graziano Pelle played 79 minutes of Italy's 3-1 defeat to Belgium in Brussels.
