BRADLEY Wright-Phillips believes it is about time he got people talking about his actions on the field rather than off it.

The Saints striker was caught in a media storm when he was charged with burglary after a highly publicised incident at a Southsea bar.

Wright-Phillips, who pleaded not guilty and had the case against him dropped, has struggled ever since to hold down a regular place in the Saints side.

The 23-year-old star admits it has been a steep learning curve but says he takes responsibility for his own life and wants to impress people with his football.
