There wasn't a Volume II. I think you may be confusing Sun Tzu with Sun Wu, who wrote two volumes on 'The F@rt of War'. This included the famous "never underestimate the enema" stragegy, used by Montgomery in 1945 when he breached the Dutch dams and flooded Holland to flush out the Germans.
