I HAVE always considered, that there are two sets of rules, for most issues, this has been proved once again, with naked bike riders, riding through Southampton, while the naked rambler is forever being put in prison.
Pray advise me why and what is the difference. By the way, I am not related to the naked rambler.
Bits are bits, whoever they belong to, and for whatever reason they are being shown.
