I was disgusted to find a £2 charge to ride on the little train at WestQuay shopping centre in Southampton, so a parent or grandparent taking a little child on board had to pay £4 for a few minutes. Surely the large stores could pay the costs. It would encourage people to shop more often at WestQuay. M BLAKE, Hythe.
