On the contrary, Mr Snook, UKIP does not want “gravy train rides in Brussels” (Letters, October 1). It wants to pull the communication cord and stop the train.
Nigel Farage has maintained that he earns less in politics than when he was a metals trader in the City, so the level of an MP’s salary is irrelevant to his (Westminster) Parliamentary ambitions!
