What's the point of improving the roads?
REGARDING the latest traffic debacle. How can it take so long to construct a small length of dual carriageway at Dock Gate 4? What is the point of this so called improvement?
There will still be single lanes at the Royal Pier, there are still numerous traffic lights to hold up traffic along West Quay.
There will still be major holdups at peak times through Millbrook.
There will still be single lane access on to the M271. Why “improve” traffic flow at the end of an inadequate road system ?
Why do cruise passengers continue to put up with this ineptitude ?
