WHAT on earth is this council playing at? Cruise ships galore all at Southampton at the same time means in excess of 40,000 persons moving around the city and docks in addition to the normal shopping public.
Surely our planners are more capable of agreeing with the mighty docks board on a better programme of works so that the city and docks are not so congested that it comes to a standstill?
