WHILE understanding that budgets have been cut, policing is virtually non-existent throughout parts of Hampshire.
When we lived in Gosport the amount of vandalism, drunken behaviour went unattended.
Although we did get a shock when one day two drunken women were acting up in the road and two patrol cars arrived because one was injured after hitting her head on the kerb.
Maybe the “top dogs” in the police need to be culled. That way the rank and file could go back to policing!
PCSOs do their best but have no powers.
We should not have to fund the police as it smacks of vigilantes.
