I refer to your reader and his letter regarding car parking charges in hospitals.
This is highly emotive and charging people to park their car whilst under emotional stress and worry about their loved ones in hospital is unacceptable and it adds to the emotional burden they have to carry. It has always been the policy of UKIP to dispense with these charges.
We all too often simply accept these charges as necessary but when the nurses, doctors and staff have to pay as well the necessity and sense of it have to be questioned.
