I FELT I must write to let everyone know of the fantastic service I have received from Topman (men’s outfitters).

I have several grandsons, all of whom ask for Topman vouchers for Christmas (as I would sooner send them money for their chosen store). I have always done this in the past with no problems but this year the voucher I sent with a Christmas card did not make it to said grandson.

I still had the receipt from the store at Whiteley Shopping Outlet in Hampshire, so returned to that store, never thinking they would be able to help me. How wrong could I be. It was my fault I did not register the letter (I always will in future).

But they immediately said “we will do our best”

and phoned through to their office which deals with gift cards.

A man call Sam answered and said as I had the receipt, he could cancel the gift card I had originally bought and they would send me a replacement which they have done within a week. I call this excellent service and hope you can publish this for me as everyone, from young staff on the floor to management, needs acknowledgement!
