On Saturday, December 20 my daughter was doing some shopping in the £1 store on the corner in Above Bar (used to be Peacocks) in Southampton.
I left her in the queue to pay with her sister so I could put more money on the car.
This was the first time I’d let them have a little independance! Little did I know that she had left her purse with me and a gentleman in the queue paid her bill of £6.
I just want to say thank you very much and that she has decided to donate her £6 to the Salvation Army this Christmas in view of your good deed!
