POURING billions more into the bottomless NHS pit will never cure the patient.
The new school academys have shown how things can be improved. Remove all the expensive non-medical executive committees.
Appoint a CEO whose salary depends on results and give each hospital a budget worked out on a points system.
Then we will have the most efficient NHS in the world.
At present nobody carries the can and, if the amount of non-collected prescriptions in my local chemist is anything to go by, 25 per cent of the present NHS budget is wasted.
