Cheap bank shares for fat cats ?
I see that the Conservatives will be offering millions of cheap shares in LLoyds bank if they are re-elected.
Perhaps the unemployed. People on benefits. Those on zero hours contracts, and OAPs etc will be queuing up to buy them.
I know that the fat cats will.
