Hard-won medal
Many thanks to all involved at the Marafun half marathon and 10k.
I was last of all the runners in the 10k. Special thanks goes to the volunteers at the finish gate, one who helped me finish and one who gave me my medal.
I had some injuries during training and felt really sore the next day but it was worth it just to say I have done it!
